Level 1: DIALux Certified Planner
The DIALux Certified Planner certification demonstrates solid knowledge of lighting design with DIALux evo for indoor and outdoor spaces (excluding street lighting) and covers the entire lighting design workflow. This certification validates your knowledge of all essential aspects of lighting design in DIALux evo, including design, modeling, lighting, as well as analysis and documentation of projects. The 60-minute exam, consisting of 18 multiple-choice questions, focuses on the practical application of DIALux evo without the need to use the software during the exam.
Level 2: DIALux Certified Expert
A must for advanced lighting designers: With this DIALux Certified Expert certification, you demonstrate your in-depth knowledge in the planning, evaluation and optimization of lighting systems. You can obtain this certification for either indoor or outdoor lighting. As a rule, participation in an official DIALux evo seminar or practical planning experience is required for this level. The exam is divided into two parts: a 60-minute multiple-choice exam and a practical analysis of a real lighting design project in DIALux evo.
