The manufacturing cycle at the Disano facilities includes: the processes of plastic moulding and extrusion, as well as the profiling, shearing, bending and shaping of metals, the painting of semi-finished products performed using anaphoresis and cataphoresis processes following the pre-treatment of steel and aluminium sheets and the application of powder coatings to provide products with a broad range of colours. Manufacturing operations also include product assembly and entirely automated wiring lines, with electric tests on 100% of the products. Manufacturing technology advancements, excellent innovative development, stringent controls on all business procedures and processes, rigorous product quality controls and the development of sophisticated software for lighting design measurements have enabled Disano to implement the CSQ IQNET-Vision 2008 quality management system pursuant to UNI EN ISO9001-Vision 2008 (design, manufacturing and sales of lighting fixtures and accessories).
