In addition to our general data protection policy, you will find below the supplementary individual data protection information for offers and services of our partner service providers who use our seminar platform (academy.dialux.com). This is to ensure that you know how the services implemented in our offer work and what happens to your data.

idloom
When booking seminars, we use the services of the event management provider idloom (idloom s.a., Tervuren avenue, 216, 1150 Brussels, Belgium), which processes personal data of seminar participants, such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, account details and place and date of birth (for the purpose of issuing personal certification) on our behalf. Such data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of contracts, the legal basis for this is derived from Art. 6, para. 1, point b of the GDPR. wirecard
In order to process payments, we pass on your payment data to the payment service provider Wirecard AG, Einsteinring 35, 85609 Aschheim, Germany (hereinafter "Wirecard"). Data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of contracts and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, point b of the GDPR and only to the extent that it is necessary for the processing of payments. Wirecard requires certain personal data for payment processing, such as name, address and account details. Registration for interested parties, membership in the trainer network
You can register with us as an interested party for participation in the trainer network or in the Academy, or as a member of the trainer network. In this context, we also use the services of the event management provider idloom (idloom s.a., Tervuren avenue, 216, 1150 Brussels, Belgium), which processes your personal data such as first name, surname, company, address, e-mail address, telephone number and account details on our behalf. Such data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of contracts, the legal basis for this is derived from Art. 6 , para. 1, point b of the GDPR. Zapier
We use Zapier, a service of Zapier Inc., 548 Market St #62411, San Francisco, California 94104, USA (hereinafter "Zapier") to integrate different databases and to import the data of interested parties and members. Paper is used in the interest of efficient structuring of the tools we use. This constitutes a legitimate interest in the sense indicated by Art. 6, para. 1, point f of the GDPR. In the event that personal data is transferred to the USA, Zapier Inc. is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield. We have also concluded a contract processing agreement with Zapier Inc. Privacy policy for the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme
(1) Your payment data will be processed for the purpose of implementing the SEPA direct debit scheme for receivables of DIAL GmbH. The legal basis is the consent you have afforded us in accordance with Art. 6 , para. 1, sentence 1, point A of the GDPR for direct debits.

(2) Within the framework of the direct debit scheme, the data will be transmitted by data transfer to the respective banking institutions involved (our principal banks and the banking institution specified by you). This data is stored within the legal retention periods.
